Temperature control is required when applying napage, glassage, gelatin, fats (oil and butter), etc. By reducing the hassle of reheating and refilling, and controlling temperature, we can provide a stable supply of materials.
In addition, our food liquid spray gun is food compatible in compliance with the Food Sanitation Act. Spray gun application is hygienic as it does not touch the manufactured product (non-contact) and reduces contamination by foreign matter.
By automating or semi-automating the application with a brush or sprayer, the amount of application becomes constant and work can be standardized. The work load can be reduced, which leads to labor savings and reductions in personnel costs.
